Carrol tract is approximately 515 acres located in Northern Barbour County and
bordered by the North Fork of Cowikee creek. There are (+/-) 175 acres of merchantable pine
plantations which have been thinned, leaving well stocked stands of Chip-N-Saw and small Sawtimber
ready to be thinned again. The remainder of the property consists of Natural Hardwood and Pine mixed
forests, of which approximately 300 acres could be harvested and converted into pine plantation.
