The northernmost house has a bathroom and sink inside the egg collection room for an optimal working environment. The houses are currently run on county water (2in), but does have a 4 inch deep well that is currently serving as the backup water source. Rum Creek Breeder farm is also equipped with an 80 kw Taylor Power Systems generator that has been routinely serviced and inspected since it was installed in 2019. There are currently no major equipment updates required by Wayne- Sanderson Farms, however there will be a list of general maintenance required by the integrator before receiving the next flock of birds. The current flock of birds is set to sell in November 2023.
